In 2009, Cornerstone Group Realty was created with you, the client, foremost in our minds. Our goal was & still is to provide unsurpassed service to our clients, which will result in a strong repeat & referral business. You can count on us to do this as stress free & time efficient as possible with an “It’s my pleasure” attitude. We said then, if we have met our goal as we assist you with your real estate needs, we hope to have a profound & lasting impact on your life. We wish to work with clients who know, like & trust us.
You have shown us that this philosophy is important to you as well. Since opening our doors in 2009, we have had the opportunity to assist our clients with over 205 real estate transactions in both Riverton & Lander. We look forward to our continued presence in the Fremont County market, & are excited to meet & work with new & existing clients in 2013!
As a way to celebrate our success & your support, we are making plans for our 4th annual Client Appreciation Celebration to be held in February 2013. This has turned into a yearly event where we provide a homemade dinner for clients, friends & family. We look forward to this event again this year & the chance for us to say “Thank You” to our Cornerstone Group supporters.

I have been a resident of Fremont County for over 30 years where I have enjoyed living in both Riverton & Lander and being an active member of both communities. My roots began in Illinois where I always had a desire to be in the mountains. After graduating from Western Illinois University I snatched up the opportunity to take a teaching position in Wyoming. After 28 years in education I chose a new career path and have been assisting folks with their real estate transactions since 2003. I have a grown son, Amos, and am happily married to my main support and sounding board, Larry. When I'm not hard at work I love working in my gardens, skiing, golfing, and kayaking.
Niki Morrison - ABR, CRS-Associate Broker/Co-Owner
With 20 years of customer service, the real estate business was a good fit for me. I live for the "aw shucks" moments in real estate. My goal for our business is to "work with clients who know, like, and trust us." I love living and playing in Fremont County. I have called Riverton my home for the past 25 years. When I am not helping families move on to the next stage of their lives, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to hearing from you.

I am a native of Wyoming. I have been a resident of Fremont County for 50+ years. I spent 32 years in Law Enforcement, 24 of those were spent in Fremont County. If you want straight forward answers to any real estate questions, I will give them to you. NO FLUFF just HONEST ANSWERS!
Kristen Broadhead - Agent Assistant
Kristen & her family recently experienced the process of buying & selling a home when they moved from Colorado to Riverton in 2009. Kristen learned how important it is to work with a team you like & trust. She will cheerfully greet you on this end of the phone, & is here to assist you & your agent in any way possible. Moving with horses to the Riverton/Lander area? Kristen is our equine specialist, & is always willing to talk horses (or other pets!) with our clients!
